Greystone Expands Houston Presence
Greystone, New York, expanded its Houston-area team with Ed Gray as a Managing Director and Brooks Steele as a Director.

Both Gray and Steele joined from Sabal Capital Partners. They will originate loans across lending platforms including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, bridge and mezzanine.

Gray has more than 15 years of real estate industry experience with positions in originating agency and bridge loans, evaluating debt, CMBS underwriting and managing due diligence teams. In addition to Sabal, he has held roles at CBRE, Citi, Beal Bank and Spring11 LLC.

Steele has five years of underwriting and lending experience, including nearly four years at J.P. Morgan managing a $1.2 billion portfolio of assets across the multifamily, office, retail and industrial sectors.

Miskovsky Returns to Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. as Senior Vice President
Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. re-hired Greg Miskovsky as a senior vice president capital markets in Phoenix. Previously with MMCC from 1998 to 2007,

Miskovsky returns from North Dakota-based First International Bank & Trust where for the past 10 years he has served as president of the Arizona market, president of the Scottsdale branch and vice president of commercial lending.

During his 30-year-plus commercial real estate and financing career, Miskovsky has closed over $1.4 billion in transactions. In his new position, his responsibilities include recruiting, training and business development.

Prior to First International Bank & Trust, Miskovsky worked with Newmark Realty Capital as a vice president and Cohen Financial as a managing director. In his prior role with MMCC, Miskovsky established the firm’s presence in the Southwest, was a seven-time top national producer, and arranged more than $900 million in financing.
