MetLife Investment Management Names Ruggiero Head of Client Solutions
MetLife Investment Management, Whippany, N.J., MetLife’s institutional asset management business, announced Adam Ruggiero will lead a newly created client solutions and product specialist team within real estate.

In this role, Ruggiero will serve as the real estate product expert partnering with MIM’s Institutional Client Group. He will work with MIM’s consultants, clients and prospects to develop new investment product offerings and extend MIM’s existing real estate capabilities.

Ruggiero joined MIM’s real estate research and strategy group in 2015. During his tenure there, he was responsible for research and strategy across MIM’s real estate debt and equity platforms.

Will Pattison was appointed global head of real estate research and strategy at MIM. Pattison, who also joined MIM’s real estate research and strategy group in 2015, has extended MIM’s research, risk management and portfolio strategy efforts. He will be responsible for research and strategy development in support of MIM’s real estate equity and debt platforms.

NorthMarq’s Orlando Office Adds Shisler
Amanda Shisler, a NorthMarq producer from Rochester, N.Y., joined NorthMarq’s Orlando office. In her role as vice president, she will focus on affordable housing financing through NorthMarq’s direct lending relationships with FHA/ HUD, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

Shisler started with NorthMarq’s Rochester office in 2013. She was promoted to vice president of the Rochester office, where she originated commercial and multifamily mortgages, in 2017. Before joining NorthMarq, Shisler spent four years in commercial real estate with a regional accounting firm focusing on HUD Audits and later was outsourced to Home Properties.
