Arbor Hires Leiner as Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer
Arbor Realty Trust, Uniondale, N.Y., appointed Howard Leiner Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. He will oversee all strategic, operational and technical management of Arbor’s enterprise-wide technology infrastructure.
Leiner joined Arbor with more than 25 years of experience in the financial services sector. In his most recent position with Goldman Sachs, he served as Managing Director and Global Head of Private Bank Technology. While at Goldman Sachs, he also held the roles of Managing Director, Global Head of Foreign Exchange Trading and Sales Technology as well as Global Head of Mortgage Trading and Sales Technology. Prior to that, he held senior-level technology roles with C-BASS, Smith Barney and Deutsche Bank. He received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Firm Continues to Execute its Overall Growth and Product Diversification Strategy; Hires Matthew McCreary
RED Mortgage Capital, Columbus, Ohio, grew its Small Balance Loan platform by hiring Matthew McCreary.
McCreary will serve as a Director and Originator working from the firm’s Newport Beach, Calif. office. He spent his last four years at Sabal Capital where he originated more than 150 transactions in the Small Balance Loan space.
CenterPoint Names Bottigliero to Vice President of Development
CenterPoint Properties, Oak Brook, Ill., promoted Carmine Bottigliero to Vice President of Development in the central region. In partnership with the development group, he will lead new development projects in CenterPoint’s Joliet and Elwood intermodal parks.
Prior to joining CenterPoint, Bottigliero worked for F.H. Paschen, Epstein and most recently Clayco.
