Christensen Joins WFG National Title Insurance Co.

Christensen Named Senior Business Development Officer at WFG National Title Insurance Co.
WFG National Title Insurance Co., Portland, Ore., appointed Gregg Christensen Senior Business Development Officer for the company’s New York-based national commercial services division.

Christensen joined WFG with more than 25 years of commercial real estate and title insurance expertise. Prior to joining WFG, he worked with the national commercial services team of another large national title insurer. Before that, he served as publisher and senior vice president of sales for ALM Real Estate Media Group.

In his new position, Christensen will secure, develop and manage client relationships with principals, lenders, developers, brokers, attorneys and other stakeholders within the commercial real estate sector.

Walker & Dunlop Expands Property Sales Platform to Chicago with Focused Senior Housing Team
Walker & Dunlop, Bethesda, Md., added five property sales brokers in Chicago.

Managing Directors Mark Myers and Josh Jandris and Vice Presidents Jordyn Berger, Alex Vice and Mike Surak focus on originating and executing senior housing property sales across the United States.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Berger, Myers, Jandris, Surak and Vice were part of the Institutional Property Advisors Senior Housing Group at Marcus & Millichap. The team has closed over $5.3 billion of senior housing transactions during their careers.

BH Properties Names Brooks President
BH Properties, Los Angeles, named James Brooks president.

Brooks, who previously served seven years as president of Topa Management Co., has more than 30 years of C-suite level experience. He previously served at real estate firms including Angelo, Gordon & Co., Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund, The Koll Company, Tishman Speyer Properties, Empire Commercial Real Estate and Marcus & Millichap affiliates.
