Davis Joins Walker & Dunlop
Walker & Dunlop, Bethesda, Md., hired Michael Davis as Senior Vice President in its FHA Finance group.

Working from the firm’s Charlotte, N.C., office, Davis will originate multifamily loans through HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac with a focus in senior housing and healthcare finance.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Davis was a managing director at Silver Leaf Partners and held a principal role in sourcing debt and equity for real estate, private equity and affordable housing acquisition programs. He has nearly 30 years of commercial real estate expertise.

Colliers International Appoints Galvin to Board of Directors
Colliers International Group, Toronto, appointed Christopher Galvin to its Board of Directors.

Galvin previously served as Chairman and co-founder of Harrison Street Real Estate Capital LLC. Colliers acquired a 75 percent interest in Harrison Street earlier this year. He presently serves as Chairman or board member of Uniquesoft, LLC, Velocidata, evolve24, Three Ocean Partners and MCR-Aerodyne Inc.

CHMWarnick Names Mason Executive Vice-President
Hotel asset management firm CHMWarnick named Craig Mason Executive Vice President. He will establish the company’s Washington, D.C.-area office.

Mason has more than twenty years of upper-upscale and luxury hotel asset management experience. He most recently was Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Host Hotels & Resorts, where he served on the senior leadership team for 15 years. In 2017, he led the company’s asset management division, overseeing 110 properties covering the U.S., Canada, Europe, Latin America and South America across 21 brands.
