JLL Expands Denver Multifamily Debt Team
JLL announced Jeff Ogden joined the company as Senior Vice President based in Denver.
Ogden will focus on multifamily debt and equity throughout the Denver and Rocky Mountain region.
Before joining JLL, Ogden owned a company that acquired and repositioned both affordable and market-rate apartments. He previously spent 15 years at Apartment Investment and Management Co., a publicly traded real estate investment trust. At AIMCO he managed over $12 billion in debt originations, restructures and closings for the entire conventional and affordable owned, Section 8, Low Income Housing Tax Credit and tax exempt bond portfolio.
Deegan Joins Affordable Housing/FHA Team at Hunt Mortgage Group
Hunt Mortgage Group, New York, hired Kevin Deegan as a Director in its affordable housing/FHA group.
Deegan will focus primarily on originating and closing affordable and FHA multifamily loans nationwide but will also serve clients using Hunt Mortgage Group’s balance sheet products and agency executions.
In his new role, Deegan will partner with Director Suzanne Cope, who is based in Hunt’s Denver office. They will jointly source, evaluate and close affordable and market-rate loans.
Prior to joining Hunt Mortgage Group, Deegan was Director of Real Estate Advisory Services at National Valuation Consultants.
Wilberding Joins Pembrook Capital Management
Pembrook Capital Management LLC, New York, announced Douglas Wilberding joined the firm’s national loan origination program.
In his new role as Senior Originator, Wilberding will be based in Washington, D.C. and will source, price and structure loans for the firm’s Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.
Wilberding brings over 25 years of experience to his new position at Pembrook and was responsible for acquiring, financing, leveraging, managing and disposing of over $4 billion in all asset classes throughout his career.
