Mallory Rejoins HFF as a Director in Indianapolis
Holliday Fenoglio Fowler announced Adam Mallory rejoined the firm as a director focused on debt and equity placement transactions in its Indianapolis office.
Mallory worked at HFF from 2015 to 2017 as an associate director before pursuing a career as an attorney at Frost Brown Todd. During his time with HFF, he was involved with more than $600 million in multifamily transactions for institutional and private clients. Before joining HFF in 2015, he worked in the commercial mortgage group at 40|86 Advisors, Inc.
Case, Sultemeier Join Duke Realty Board
Industrial property real estate investment trust Duke Realty Corp. Indianapolis, named John Case and Chris Sultemeier to its Board of Directors.
Case is CEO and Director of Realty Income Corp., which owns more than 5,000 commercial net lease properties leased primarily to retail tenants.
Sultemeier was Executive Vice President of Logistics for Walmart Stores and President/CEO of Wal-Mart Transportation LLC before retiring in May 2017.
Prior to joining Realty Income Corp., Case worked as a New York-based real estate investment banker, where he was responsible for more than $100 billion in real estate capital markets and advisory transactions.
Sultemeier graduated from the U.S. Military Academy West Point, attended the Army Airborne and Ranger Schools and the Army Officer Engineer School.
Hospitality Ventures Management Group Names Saunders Vice President of Design and Construction
Hospitality Ventures Management Group, Atlanta, named Suzanne Saunders vice president of design and construction. In her new role, Saunders will execute new development and renovation projects as well as capital expense planning and execution.
Prior to joining HVMG, Saunders spent more than a decade with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, most recently serving as regional vice president of project services/design and planning. During her Hyatt tenure, she oversaw the development and growth for all franchised Hyatt Place and Hyatt House Hotels and all owned properties throughout the Americas. She also held a number of commercial construction management positions including senior construction manager for Panera Bread, construction manager with Jack-in-the-Box Restaurants and senior project manager with Hilton Corp.
