Cordisco Joins BB&T Real Estate Funding as Director
Grandbridge Real Estate Capital announced that Chris Cordisco has joined its subsidiary BB&T Real Estate Funding as a Director/Senior Vice President.
Cordisco, based in BBTREF’s Greensboro, N.C., office, joins BBTREF with almost 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance and data analysis industries. In his new role he will originate commercial and multifamily loans for real estate transactions nationwide.
Prior to joining BBTREF, Cordisco served as a senior vice president commercial real estate manager with BB&T in Greensboro, N.C., where he was responsible for new business development with corporate real estate clients in the bank’s Triad region. In that post Cordisco managed a commercial real estate loan portfolio in excess of $700 million.
Hunting Land and Wildlife Specialist Bewsher Joins Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate
Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate announced Jeff Bewsher joined the brokerage’s Forestry Group as a real estate sales associate in addition to his current role as Hunt Lease Administrator. He will specialize in central and north Florida hunting and recreational properties.
Bewsher is a certified wildlife biologist with 20 years of experience in big game management and consulting. He started his career researching white-tailed deer and black bears with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources. Currently, he serves as the Legacy Wildlife Services division manager for Natural Resource Planning Service, Inc.
Bewsher oversees the development of a hunting lease management program on over 600,000 acres in five southeastern states including more than 1,000 individual hunting clubs. His background as a wildlife professional provides extensive knowledge of deer management and recreational property development.
Schotz Joins Newmark Knight Frank
Jeff Schotz joined Newmark Knight Frank as Executive Managing Director. His prior job was executive vice president at SJP Properties.
Schotz has helped lease more than 30 million square feet of office space to firms including Microsoft, CBS, Pepsi-Cola and JP Morgan Chase.
