CBRE Appoints Andel, Collins Co-Leaders Of CBRE 360
CBRE, Los Angeles, named Alex Andel and Georgia Collins co-leaders of CBRE 360, the company’s workplace experience service for real estate investors and occupiers.

In this role, Collins and Andel will have global responsibility for all aspects of CBRE 360, including hospitality services for clients and the implementation of proprietary technology that enhances employee experience.

Collins and Andel succeed Andrew Kupiec, who was named Chief Executive Officer of Hana, a flexible workspace service and wholly owned subsidiary of CBRE.

Collins brings more than 15 years of workplace consulting and urban planning experience; for the last six years she co-led CBRE’s Workplace practice with responsibility for guiding clients on workplace transformation through research and data-driven insights.

Andel has held various leadership roles within CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions for the past 16 years, most recently serving as Client Solutions leader for the GWS West Division with responsibility for accounts in the U.S. and EMEA, including the technology, oil and gas, retail and industrial sectors.

JLL Appoints Matthew Carter to its Board of Directors
Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. appointed Matthew Carter as an independent, non-executive member of its Board of Directors effective November 23.

Carter serves on the Board’s Audit Committee and its Nominating and Governance Committee. He has more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in cloud and digital technology and enterprise networking. He currently serves as CEO of Aryaka Networks Inc., a global provider of cloud and on-premises network applications.

Prior to Aryaka, Carter served as President and CEO at Inteliquent, which provides wholesale voice services for carriers and service providers. He also served in various roles at Sprint Corporation including President of Enterprise Solutions, Sprint’s $14 billion global communications technologies business unit.

Carter currently serves on the boards of NRG Energy, Inc. and USG Corporation. He previously served on the boards of Inteliquent, Inc. and Apollo Education Group, Inc.

Colliers International Announces Leadership Change
Colliers International Group, Toronto, announced that effective January 1, Dylan Taylor will become CEO of Colliers Real Estate Services. Colliers International Global Chairman and CEO Jay Hennick will continue to be responsible for overall strategy and execution across all the company’s businesses including its recently established platform in investment management.

Taylor is currently President and COO of Colliers International Group. Since joining the company in 2009 as CEO of the U.S. business, he has taken on increasingly senior positions including CEO of the Americas and Global Chief Operating Officer.
