Hill Joins JLL as Executive Vice President
JLL Capital Markets announced Justin Hill joined the firm as Executive Vice President in its healthcare practice. He will provide healthcare real estate advisory and transaction services for investor and healthcare provider clients’ acquisition, disposition and financing needs.
Over the last 10 years Hill has developed relationships with health systems, physician groups, seniors housing operators, post-acute providers, developers, pension funds, investors and brokers. He has completed a wide variety of transactions, totaling more than $4 billion.
Hill joined JLL from Welltower, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President for Business Development.
Phillips Appointed Bainbridge Cos. Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
The Bainbridge Cos., Wellington, Fla., which owns, develops and manages multifamily communities, announced Christopher Phillips joined its executive team as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Most recently, Phillips served as Chief Financial Officer for Kayne Anderson Real Estate. While there, he was involved in more than $7 billion in real estate transactions. He previously had been Chief Financial Officer of The Milestone Group and Milestone Apartments real estate investment trust, Vice President and Controller at Starwood Capital and Controller at Trammell Crow Cos.
Greystone Expands Houston Office
Greystone, New York, expanded its Texas lending footprint by adding Managing Directors Gill Dolan and Blake Willeford in Houston.
Dolan joined Greystone with more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He has completed more than $1.5 billion of commercial real estate loan transactions. Prior to Greystone, he handled loan originations at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital across Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, insurance company, commercial mortgage-backed securities, bridge and HUD-insured loans.
Prior to GBRE Dolan was an analyst at Prudential Mortgage Capital, originating, underwriting and closing mortgages nationally across all property types.
Willeford has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has handled capitalizations on product types including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, land and self-storage. He has experience originating, mezzanine and bridge loans utilizing all capital sources, including life insurance companies, banks, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CMBS and investment funds. He previously served as a commercial loan officer at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital.
