Crozier To Lead CBRE Hotels Valuations
CBRE named Tommy Crozier Executive Vice President and leader of the firm’s CBRE Hotels valuation platform, based in Charlotte, N.C.

Crozier will develop, lead and coordinate a national team of hotel appraisal specialists in markets across the United States. He has nearly 20 years of experience in specialized hotel practice.

Prior to rejoining CBRE, Crozier was a Senior Director within the Valuation and Advisory Hospitality and Gaming group at Cushman & Wakefield. He previously worked at CBRE, where he was a Vice President and one of the original members of the Hospitality & Gaming specialty practice. During this time, he also worked with CBRE Hotels in the capital markets group as an investment sales broker.

Ripco Real Estate Hires Orlofsky in Manhattan
Ripco Real Estate announced that Aryeh Orlofsky joined the firm’s Manhattan office. He will manage the flow of the team’s tenant and landlord representation and investment sales transactions as well as communicate with current and prospective clients and the brokerage community.

Orlofsky most recently supervised the research department of Ariel Property Advisors. The department evaluated more than 6,000 properties valued at more than $40 billion in gross consideration for private and institutional owners throughout New York City.

Kluesner, Rymer Join Avison Young in Minneapolis
Tenant representation and corporate services specialists Phil Kluesner and Eddie Rymer joined Avison Young in the Twin Cities.

Effective immediately, Kluesner is a Principal of Avison Young and Rymer a Senior Vice President. Both will continue to focus on their specialties while working with the occupier-services team. Prior to joining Avison Young, Kluesner and Rymer worked together at Carlson Commercial in Minneapolis, where they were both Senior Vice Presidents.

Kluesner brings 32 years of commercial real estate experience to Avison Young while Rymer is a 15-year veteran of the sector.

Kluesner has represented more than 600 businesses in their real estate transactions during his career. Prior to starting his own firm, Gannett Peak Partners, in 2004, he was Vice President of industrial leasing and development with Duke Realty and an associate with The Welsh Cos.

During his career, Rymer has facilitated more than 250 transactions covering more than 3.5 million square feet. Prior to joining Carlson Commercial, he was a broker with Marketplace Commercial and owned and operated Itrealty.com and Rymer Companies Inc.
