FHA Multifamily Underwriter Training: Enrollment Deadline Oct. 31

The MBA Education FHA Multifamily Underwriting Training Program–the most extensive and rigorous curriculum of its kind in the industry–starts Jan. 8. Open enrollment ends Oct. 31.

At the end of this comprehensive course, participants will demonstrate the knowledge, skills and abilities expected of HUD-approved MAP underwriters. They will learn:
–Quality and accuracy in FHA multifamily underwriting;
–Awareness and application of multifamily underwriting best practices;
–Processing times for FHA multifamily loans; and
–Working relationships and consistency in decision-making by HUD staff and MAP lenders.

Applicants must be employed by and approved to participate by a lender fully approved under HUD’s MAP Program or employed and approved to participate by HUD.
