HFF Promotes Collins in San Diego
Holliday Fenoglio Fowler appointed Chris Collins an associate director in its San Diego office. He will focus on middle-market debt and equity placement transactions throughout the western United States.
Collins has been with HFF since 2014 as a senior real estate analyst and has more than five years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He also served as a real estate analyst at La Jolla Capital, a boutique commercial real estate finance firm focused on middle-market apartment transactions.
CBRE Names Burke Head of Investor Relations
CBRE Group, Los Angeles, announced that Brad Burke will join the company on June 8th as Head of Investor Relations.
Burke will join CBRE from Goldman Sachs & Co., where he has worked as an equity research analyst since 2013 and led research coverage of 17 commercial real estate companies including CBRE.
Prior to Goldman Sachs, Burke worked at UBS equity research, covering the Industrials and Energy sectors. He began his financial services career in the audit practice group of Ernst & Young in 2003.
Greystone & Co. Opens Phoenix Office
Greystone & Co. established a Phoenix, Ariz. presence for multifamily and commercial real estate lending. Director Eric Jones will lead the office, which will focus on Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and commercial mortgage-backed securities real estate finance, serving multifamily owners nationwide.
Jones joined Greystone last year after serving as a Vice President at Aries Capital LLC. While there, he established the company’s Agency small loans platform and originated and contributed to more than $440 million in permanent and bridge multifamily financing.
Keane Becomes Bainbridge Cos. COO
Multifamily developer and owner The Bainbridge Cos., Wellington, Fla., named Kevin Keane Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
A forty-year veteran of the real estate industry, Keane has been involved in more than $4.3 billion in transactions including development, construction, asset management, acquisitions/dispositions and financing of institutional real estate. He will oversee financial reporting, business planning and analysis, financial and operational strategies and act as Senior Asset Manager for Bainbridge’s real estate portfolio and operating businesses.
Prior to joining Bainbridge, Keane was Executive Vice President of Lincoln Property Co. for Lincoln Mid-West for 30 years. Lincoln Property Co. is one of the largest apartment owners, developers and managers in the country, with more than 165,000 units in its management portfolio.
