Ramos Rejoins Greystone as Managing Director, Leading West Coast Small Loan Production
Greystone, New York, named Ana Ramos a Managing Director and Regional Head of West Coast Small Loan Production. Ramos is a Greystone alumnus with 20 years of total commercial real estate lending experience, specializing in agency origination and execution.
Ramos rejoins Greystone after serving as a Vice President at Arbor Commercial Mortgage and as a Senior Vice President & Regional Manager at Hunt Mortgage Group.
Previously, Ramos served for eight years at Greystone as a Managing Director when the company was initially growing its West Coast lending platform.
Bornstein, Wilson Join Colliers International South Florida
Colliers International South Florida hired commercial real estate brokers Russell Bornstein and Michael Wilson.
The two have nearly 60 years of combined industry experience and will specialize in retail and office brokerage, respectively.
As long-time exclusive representatives for Wells Fargo and its nearly 250 branches in Southeast Florida, Bornstein and Wilson have provided steady and strategic commercial real estate advisory to the financial services company through various mergers over their 20-year relationship, including their real estate needs after they acquired Wachovia in the largest financial institution merger on record. They have also represented clients including Brandsmart, Regions Bank and Chase.
Hudson Pacific Properties Promotes DuBourdieu to Senior Vice President, Leasing
Hudson Pacific Properties, Los Angeles, promoted Derric DuBourdieu to Senior Vice President of Leasing.
In his new capacity, DuBourdieu will help manage the company’s leasing activities and personnel throughout its entire portfolio, which includes assets in Los Angeles, Seattle and the Bay Area.
Kenneth Young, Vice President of Leasing, will now oversee the company’s leasing in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Peninsula.
Prior to joining the company in 2015, DuBourdieu served as Vice President, Leasing for Arden Realty, Inc., where he oversaw leasing for Northern California, Los Angeles and Orange County.
Young also joined Hudson Pacific in 2015 after serving as Vice President of Leasing for Equity Office Properties Trust, where he oversaw leasing for the Peninsula, East Bay and North Bay.
