Walker & Dunlop Hires Williams and Hoggatt
Walker & Dunlop, Bethesda, Md., hired Taylor Williams as senior vice president and managing director and James Hoggatt as vice president.
The Jacksonville, Fla.-based team will be supported by senior analyst Holly Fabrick and will source and structure permanent, bridge and construction loans for all commercial real estate property types.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Williams and Hoggatt originated and structured debt for commercial real estate properties at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital. Williams began his commercial real estate finance career with Green Park Financial, the original agency lending arm of Walker & Dunlop.
Throughout their careers, the pair has closed over $2 billion of commercial real estate finance transactions.
JLL Adds Markley, Morris in Atlanta
JLL announced that Drew Markley and Blake Morris joined the firm as Senior Vice Presidents.
Markley comes to JLL from Fifth Third Bank, where he specialized in multifamily loans. Before JLL, Morris was a Vice President at BBVA Compass where he secured loans for clients throughout the southeast.
NorthMarq Capital’s Phoenix office adds Quenzler to Production Team
NorthMarq Capital’s Phoenix office promoted Alex Quenzler to vice president. He has been with NorthMarq for two years and has completed a variety of Mortgage Bankers Association commercial finance classes.
In his new role Quenzler will take on more responsibility relating to loan closings and underwriting as well as working directly with lenders including NorthMarq’s Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac platforms.
Clark Promoted to National Head of Conventional Agency at Hunt Mortgage Group
Hunt Mortgage Group, New York, promoted Vic Clark to National Head of Conventional Agency and Commercial Loan Production.
As Senior Managing Director, Clark will now oversee production for the firm’s conventional agency business and proprietary commercial loan products. Hunt Mortgage Group has four main business lines – the conventional agency loan business, an affordable housing business, a Small Balance Loan business and a proprietary commercial and multifamily loan origination.
Prior to his new role, Clark was a Managing Director based in Dallas. Before coming to Hunt Mortgage Group, he was with Walker & Dunlop in Dallas where he spent two years as a Senior Vice President, responsible for the central region.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, he was a Managing Director and co-head of national production at Column Financial, Inc./Credit Suisse in Dallas. He spent fourteen years there in various roles culminating in a national role responsible for loan origination, production, and business development and received national recognition for the highest individual production and revenue within all Column programs for thirteen consecutive years.
