Seidenberg Joins Harbor Group Consulting LLC
Harbor Group Consulting LLC, New York, appointed Lori Seidenberg Executive Director working with its Agency/Lending platform.

Seidenberg entered the lender/servicer arena in 2004 when she became Vice President of Operations at PNC ARCS Commercial Mortgage subsidiary Topanga Insurance. She was responsible for all prefunding insurance reviews and overseeing the firm’s insurance servicing portfolio.

From 2005 to 2008 Seidenberg was Senior Insurance Risk Manager at Fannie Mae’s Housing and Community Development responsible for risk and insurance oversight of the GSE’s multifamily portfolio, including rewriting the guide post-Hurricane Katrina. In 2008 she joined Centerline Capital Group as Corporate Risk Manager, overseeing the insurance process and procedures for both their origination and servicing portfolio. After Hunt Cos. acquired Centerline Capital Group in 2013, Seidenberg worked for both Hunt Mortgage Group and Pacific Servicing.

Seidenberg served as 2010 and 2011 Vice Chair of the Mortgage Bankers Association Insurance Stakeholders group. She most recently owned her own firm, P.O.C. Risk Management and Insurance Consulting.

HFF Hires McColpin as Director in Austin
Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, Houston, hired Chris McColpin in its Austin office as a director focused on debt and equity placement transactions for all property types.

McColpin has more than 12 years of commercial real estate finance experience and joins HFF from Lone Star Funds’ credit affiliate, LStar Capital, where he led originations for the Southwest region.

During his career, McColpin  spent time on the loan origination teams of Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs & Co. He began his commercial real estate career at HFF as an analyst in 2005.

Rufrano Appointed Director of Asset Management for Greystone Development
Greystone Development, New York, appointed Tiffany Rufrano Director of Asset Management. She brings more than a decade of commercial asset experience from her prior positions at Paramount Group, J.P. Morgan and Clarion Partners. 

In this newly created role Rufrano will manage the company’s growing portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use properties, including current holdings in New York City, Miami and Palo Alto.

At Paramount Group, Rufrano served as a Vice President of Asset Management, responsible for 11 million square feet of property in New York, Washington, D.C. and San Francisco. She also handled debt financing for Paramount’s commercial assets in these regions. Prior to Paramount, she was a Vice President in J.P. Morgan’s Global Real Assets group, where she managed a 10 million square foot / $5 billion portfolio of office assets in New York and Boston. She also served a role in J.P. Morgan’s Real Estate and Lodging Investment Banking Group, primarily focused on raising debt and equity for publicly traded REITs.

Rufrano began her career at Clarion Partners where she handled acquisitions, asset management and investor relations, in addition to involvement in managing dispositions, lease negotiations, development and capital raising.
