JCR Capital Taps Fallon as Business Development Director

JCR Capital, Denver, an alternative investment manager focused on middle-market commercial real estate investments, hired Mark Fallon as Director of Business Development.

Fallon will oversee efforts to market JCR Capital’s increasingly diversified suite of capital products to sponsors, brokers and other potential partners. Fallon’s experience includes more than 30 years in business development and client acquisition roles across both real estate and finance. Prior to joining JCR Capital, he was managing director at NGKF Markets in Denver, where he marketed debt financial products and services and built strong relationships with large commercial real estate companies across the U.S. He has also served in executive roles at HFF Capital Markets, Capmark Securities, Raymond James Financial and other institutional capital providers.
