Grandbridge Hires Randall
Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, Charlotte, N.C., hired John Randall as a Senior Vice President/Deputy National Production Manager.
Prior to joining Grandbridge, Randall served as Senior Vice President/Managing Director of commercial real estate lending at EverBank, where he established correspondent relationships throughout the country. He also developed and launched new CRE loan products, significantly expanding the bank’s commercial real estate lending program.
JLL Expands its Internet of Things Expertise with Fallon
JLL, Chicago, hired IBM veteran Brian Fallon as a member of its Technology Solutions Americas practice.
Most recently, Fallon was a consultant and sales representative bringing IBM’s TRIRIGA integrated workplace management system and Internet of Things facility management technologies to several hundred customers in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic region.
In his new role at JLL, Fallon will work with the Technology Solutions team to help companies create data-driven, connected and highly productive workplaces.
Fallon’s appointment follows the appointment of Dmitri Gerchikov, JLL’s new Senior Vice President of IoT and analytics for corporate facilities. Gerchikov and Fallon are the latest additions to JLL’s Technology Solutions practice, building on the firm’s acquisition of industry-leading IWMS consultancy, BRG, last year.
Kroger, Henderson Join CBRE
CBRE Capital Markets hired Matt Kroger and Jef Henderson as Executive Vice Presidents in California’s Bay Area. The new team will focus on investment property and land sales for institutional and private owners in the region.
Kroger and Henderson have more than 27 years of combined industry experience serving institutional and private clients throughout the Bay Area, with an emphasis on San Francisco, The Peninsula, Oakland and Silicon Valley. The team’s experience includes the sale and leasing of more than 20 million square feet of existing assets; and the sale of development sites representing nearly 12,000 residential units and nearly five million square feet of office product.
Kroger and Henderson will be supported by additional CBRE Capital Markets professionals including Andrew Behrens, vice chairman, and Jesse Weber, executive vice president, of CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance team in San Francisco; Mark Russell, senior vice president, and Greg Poncetta, senior vice president, of CBRE’s Land Services team in San Jose, and Keith Manson, senior vice president, of CBRE Capital Markets’ Investment Properties team in Oakland.
