Huebscher Elected to Freddie Mac Board of Directors
Freddie Mac, McLean, Va., announced that Grace Huebscher was elected as a director on the company’s board of directors. She has decades of experience in real estate and capital markets.

Huebscher served as President of Capital One Multifamily Finance LLC from 2013 until March 2017 and served as an advisor of Capital One Commercial Bank from April 2017 until November 2017. Prior to that she was Chief Executive Officer of Beech Street Capital LLC, a company she co-founded in 2009.

From 1997 to 2009, Huebscher held a variety of positions at Fannie Mae, including Vice President of Capital Markets. She is a former member of the the Mortgage Bankers Association Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance Board of Governors (COMBOG).

Walker & Dunlop Hires Krafcik
Walker & Dunlop, Bethesda, Md., hired Gregory Krafcik as a Managing Director on its Capital Markets team, which brokers commercial real estate loans to life insurance companies, banks and commercial mortgage-backed security lenders and sources Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD loans.

Krafcik will source and structure permanent, bridge and construction loans for all commercial real estate property types from the firm’s Atlanta office.

Roberts, Boyle join Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield added Jerry Roberts and Pat Boyle in its Phoenix office.

Roberts will serve as Executive Managing Director and Boyle as Senior Associate. They bring more than 30 years of commercial real estate and market experience to Cushman & Wakefield. They will specializes in leasing new developments and existing premier Class A office buildings in metro Phoenix.

Roberts and Boyle joined C&W from CBRE.
