Reid Joins Thorofare Capital
Matthew Reid joined Thorofare Capital as an Associate Director of Credit. He has more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate finance.

Prior to joining Thorofare, Reid was a Vice President in the commercial mortgage-backed securities group at credit rating agency DBRS where he rated new-issue securitizations including conduit, agency and CRE CLO transactions. His duties involved performing in-depth analysis on fixed- and floating-rate loans ranging in size from $1 million to more than $1 billion for various property types spread across North America.


Goodfellow Re-joins Hunt Mortgage Group as Chief Credit Officer

Hunt Mortgage Group, New York, announced that Megan Goodfellow re-joined the firm as Chief Credit Officer for commercial real estate. Her focus will be on Hunt Mortgage Group’s balance sheet Proprietary Lending Group, a program that launched three years ago. She will be based in the New York office.

Prior to rejoining Hunt Mortgage Group, Goodfellow was Chief Credit Officer at RealtyMogul.com where she was a member of the executive and investment committees and oversaw underwriting, closing and asset management for debt, sub-debt and equity investments originated by the RealtyMogul.com platform. Before her time at Centerline, Goodfellow was with JP Morgan Chase where she was the credit officer and head of underwriting for the bank’s CMBS division. Earlier in her career, she held senior positions at American General (an AIG company) and Fidelity Investments.

Glass Joins Avison Young in San Francisco
Agency leasing specialist Kelly Glass joined Avison Young in San Francisco.

Glass will be a Principal with a mandate to grow the firm’s agency leasing footprint in San Francisco and the rest of the Bay Area. She will focus on office leasing and landlord and tenant representation and take the lead on Avison Young’s exclusive listing for Beacon Capital’s 44 Montgomery Street property, a class A office tower in San Francisco’s financial district.

Glass has 16 years of commercial real estate industry experience, most recently as senior director at Cushman & Wakefield in San Francisco. She has brokered leases spanning 4.6 million rentable square feet while specializing in landlord representation within the downtown San Francisco office market.

In addition to acting for landlords, she has represented tenants in several significant office leasing transactions.
