Greystone Hires Doran in Atlanta
Doran Joins Greystone as Managing Director in Atlanta 
Greystone hired Michael Doran as a Managing Director working with the Agency lending team. A 20-year commercial real estate veteran, he will focus on originating mid-to-large sized transactions for permanent, bridge and construction multifamily debt.
Doran most recently served as a Principal and Portfolio Manager at Prudential Mortgage Capital (now PGIM Real Estate Finance) where he oversaw the construction and bridge programs and the portfolio management and reporting team. During his 20-year total tenure at Prudential, he also served as Originations Manager for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Regions and originated regional commercial mortgage-backed securities, Agency, bridge and portfolio loans.
Previously, Doran served as a Vice President of Originations at CWCapital, focusing primarily on conduit and Agency lending transactions.
Scott Joins Arbor as Regional Managing Director, Southeast 
Arbor Realty Trust, Uniondale, N.Y., announced that Jason Scott joined the firm as Regional Managing Director, Southeast.
Scott will target the southeast region and will focus primarily on originating agency and structured loan transactions.
With over 16 years of industry experience, Scott has extensive experience delivering client specific financing across all agency platforms as well as CMBS and structured loan products. For the past decade he was employed by Regions Bank in Atlanta, most recently serving as a Director of Originations. He was also at RBC Capital Markets in Atlanta in their Real Estate Investment Banking division, working on mergers and acquisitions and raising both debt and equity for public REIT clients. In addition, he served as a Senior Associate, Investment Banking at FTI Capital Advisors/Andersen Corporate Finance in New York.
Isak Joins Eastern Consolidated Investment Sales Division
Rubin Isak joined Eastern Consolidated’s Investment Sales Division as a Senior Director.
Isak–who has closed more than $350 million in commercial and investment property sales–will specialize in multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and development assets in Manhattan and Queens.
Prior to joining Eastern Consolidated founded and served as President of investment property sales firm Goldenwood Property Advisors. He began his investment sales career at Massey Knakal Realty Services (now Cushman and Wakefield) as Director of Sales.
