Walker & Dunlop Hires Ringwald, Jackson

Walker & Dunlop, Bethesda, Md., hired seniors housing and healthcare finance specialists Jeffrey Ringwald and William Jackson in the company’s Dallas office.

Ringwald, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, and Jackson, Senior Vice President, have originated a combined $2 billion of seniors housing loans across the country through a wide variety of capital sources including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ringwald and Jackson were both employed by Arbor Commercial Mortgage LLC. As Senior Vice President of Seniors Housing and Healthcare, Ringwald led the origination effort and strategic direction of the seniors housing and healthcare platform. Jackson served as Vice President responsible for originating and structuring seniors housing and healthcare debt for borrowers across the United States.

Walker & Dunlop originated $2.8 billion of seniors housing loans in 2015.

Capital One Appoints Greeley as SVP of Commercial Real Estate Lending
Capital One appointed Lisa Greeley Senior Vice President for Commercial Real Estate Lending. She will be responsible for term loans, construction loans and lines of credit to local sponsors for Capital One’s commercial real estate business in the Greater Boston area.

Greeley has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate and loan production industries. Most recently she served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Regional Manager at Citizens Bank, where she led a team of five senior lenders to expand the Bank’s market presence in New York City, Connecticut and Rhode Island. She also served as a Senior Vice President with Wachovia/Wells Fargo Bank. Before joining Wachovia/Wells Fargo, She also held various senior positions at national and regional Boston banks, including Bank of America, Salem Five Bank, Century Bank and US Trust Bank.

Burdzinski Named CFO of Watt Cos.
Watt Cos., Los Angeles, promoted Brian Burdzinski from Vice President to Chief Financial Officer. He will lead all financial matters related to Watt Cos. in his new role. 

Burdzinski brings more than 20 years of real estate and finance experience to the position. He joined Watt Cos. in 2008. Prior to that he led finance operations at both private and public home building companies including John Laing Homes and Western Pacific Housing.
