JLL Hires Buecking in Denver
JLL, Chicago, hired Alex Buecking in Denver. He will focus on debt and equity placement for multifamily properties including market-rate properties, affordable housing, manufactured housing communities and student housing.
JLL said it anticipates that government-sponsored enterprise lending volumes could eclipse $100 billion this year in addition to healthy activity from FHA, banks and life companies.
“Investors and lenders have demonstrated a significant appetite for Denver and we expect this momentum to continue,” said JLL Rocky Mountain Region Market Director Barry Dorfman. “There’s been significant job and population growth, both of which bode well for the multifamily sector.”
Buecking has 17 years of commercial real estate experience and joined JLL from KeyBank Real Estate Capital, where he originated nearly $600 million in loans from the GSEs, FHA and life companies.
Young Joins Largo Real Estate Advisors
Largo Real Estate Advisors hiored Diane Young as Vice President in Albany, New York. She will be responsible for commercial loan originations in the Capital District and surrounding areas.
Young has 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry across the nation. Her career includes 15 years in the brokerage community and 20 years as a commercial lender with such firms as Jones Lang LaSalle, TIAA, Travelers Insurance, Aetna and Citibank.
Porreca joins Avison Young in New Jersey
Office leasing professional Kenneth Porreca joined Avison Young in New Jersey as a a Principal.
Based in the firm’s Morristown office, Porreca will lead Avison Young’s business development efforts in Bergen and Hudson counties.
Porreca previously served as a managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and has a decade of commercial real estate experience, having completed office leasing assignments for companies such as Locus Telecommunications, Statements Solutions Inc., Kamson Corp., Curtis Wright, Bacardi, Hanjin Shipping and the General Services Administration.
