Corporate Settlement Solutions, North Olmsted, Ohio, named Ashley Jelinek as the new CEO.

Jerome Jelinek, founder and outgoing CEO, will become Chairman.

Ashley Jelinek has been the firm’s Chief Operating Officer since 2015. She will be responsible for leading the company’s growth initiatives and setting the strategic direction.

Kahramanian has more than 20 years of mortgage origination experience.

Merchants Bank of Indiana, Carmel, Ind., announced it hired Francisco Guzman as an Affordable Lending Loan Officer.

He is bilingual and will play a valuable role in supporting Spanish-speaking customers. He will advise clients and prospects on their home financing needs, offering a range of mortgage options tailored to their specific circumstances.

Guzman has also worked for American Financial Network and America’s Mortgage Professionals.
