HUD Names Seema Radhakrishnan as Multifamily Midwest Regional Director

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Multifamily Housing Programs announced Seema Radhakrishnan as the Multifamily Midwest Regional Director.

Radhakrishnan was previously with Fannie Mae’s ESG–Duty to Serve group.

She has also served with HUD and the Illinois Housing Development Authority.

JLL Announces New Head of Solutions Development for Work Dynamics

JLL, Chicago, announced Jessica Pernicone as Global Head of Solutions Development for its Work Dynamics business.

Pernicone now leads the team that delivers customized solutions to occupier clients.

She has been with JLL since 2013, and with the Work Dynamics team throughout that time.

Alex Chang Joins Greystone as a Senior Managing Director

Greystone, New York, announced Alex Chang as the new Senior Managing Director.

He will focus on a number of areas, including the firm’s bridge lending capabilities through Greystone Monticello as well as expanding the firm’s bank and alternative capital relationships.  

Chang has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience spanning Agency, CMBS, mezzanine, bridge and loan securitization executions, and most recently worked on bridge-to-Agency opportunities at PGIM Real Estate.
