HFF Hires Churchward as Director in San Francisco

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler announced that John Churchward joined its San Francisco office as a director focused on debt and equity placement transactions in the Bay Area.

Churchward has nearly 20 years of experience in mortgage banking and commercial real estate. He joined HFF from Palmer Capital, where he was a structured finance partner for the past six years. He spent most of his career with iStar Financial as a member of the investment team in Boston and New York.

LaSalle Hotel Properties Appoints Fuller CFO
LaSalle Hotel Properties appointed Kenneth Fuller Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer effective April 25.

Fuller served as the Founder, Owner and Principal of Vine Investment Partners, a real estate company focused on acquiring and developing multifamily properties and hotels, since 2015. Prior to that he served in various positions for LaSalle Hotel Properties from 2000 to 2015, including as Treasurer from 2011 to 2015, Vice President of Finance from 2009 to 2011 and Vice President of Asset Management from 2007 to 2009.
