IRR Expands Litigation Practice Group
Integra Realty Resources, Denver, announced one of its original founding members, Stephen Crosson, joined as National Practice Leader of the Integra Litigation Practice Group, which provides litigation support services for real estate-related legal cases.
Crosson has nearly 50 years of experience in litigation support. He will work from the IRR-Dallas office and focus on expanding the Integra Litigation Practice Group.
Crosson joined Integra from his previous post with valuation and consulting firm Capright, Chicago, where he served as a Principal. Previously, Crosson served as Chairman and CEO of Crosson Dannis Inc., Dallas. He is the current and longest-serving Board Chair and Editor-in-Chief of The Appraisal Journal, the leading peer-reviewed scholarly journal for the real estate valuation profession, published by the Appraisal Institute.
Walker & Dunlop Hires Blood in Southern California
Walker & Dunlop, Bethesda, Md., hired Trevor Blood as Vice President in its Capital Markets group, which brokers commercial real estate loans through its network of capital providers.
Blood is based in the company’s Torrance, Calif., office. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, he served as a Vice President at Pacific Southwest Realty Service, where he focused primarily on correspondent loan originations with life companies and brokered loans to various capital providers.
Stonehill Names Bisch Vice President of Originations
Stonehill, Atlanta, named Keegan Bisch Vice President of Originations
In his new role, Bisch will be responsible for transaction identification, analysis and origination for Stonehill funds. Prior to joining Stonehill, he was Vice President of Debt and Structured Investments with Lowe Enterprise Investors, where he originated bridge and construction loans of $10 million to $75 million structured as stretch senior, mezzanine and preferred equity. He also worked for lending organizations including New Group LLC, GoldmanSachs Commercial Mortgage Capital and Venture West Funding.
