MBA Single-Family Rental Finance Call Sept. 10

The Mortgage Bankers Association will host a call of its Single-Family Rental Finance Council on Monday, Sept. 10.

Speakers on the call will include Federal Housing Finance Agency staff discussing the recent announcement that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will conclude their SFR pilot programs, John Pawlowski from Green Street Advisors discussing the latest SFR market trends and conditions and Corevest Founder and CEO Beth O’Brien, who will discuss her firm’s experience operating in both the Agency and non-Agency markets.
