Vornado’s The Bartlett apartment tower in Arlington, Va. looks and feels like an AirBnB home-share, but is run by professionals in a sizable new apartment block. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Greg Leisch called the apartment industry “very slow, way behind the hotel and office industry in participating in the sharing economy.”
