JLL Announces Number of Personnel Updates

JLL, Chicago, announced a series of personnel updates recently.

The firm has named Mark Kreisman as its new global division president in the Financial Services division. He has been at JLL for 18 years, holding a series of leadership roles across portfolio management, regional account management and global operations. Most recently, he served as global head of Corporate Real Estate.

JLL Capital Markets has promoted Jack Wood to director in its San Diego office. He has been with the firm for more than five years, and will continue focusing on the origination and execution of debt and structured finance for manufactured housing communities throughout the U.S.

JLL Capital Markets also added Ashley Celinski and Ian Ouwerkerk as co-heads of Agency Lending Production, effective May 11. Celinski brings 16 years of experience at Fannie Mae, most recently as vice president of customer engagement. Ouwerkerk has 18 years of experience at Freddie Mac, serving as senior vice president, multifamily underwriting and credit.

Additionally, JLL announced its Data Center and Critical Environments practice has hired Brandon Keesee as managing director of Hyperscale and Colocation Data Centers and promoted Michael Martin to the role of managing director of Data Center Operations. Keesee brings more than two decades of success in FM, data center operations and construction leadership, and most recently worked for Apple. Martin brings 40 years of leadership experience, having joined JLL in 2025. He previously was a senior director at Microsoft.

Newmark Hires Philip O’Bannon

Newmark, Washington, D.C., has hired Philip O’Bannon to lead its infrastructure capital markets business.

O’Bannon will be responsible for expanding Newmark’s advisory and capital raising capabilities across the full infrastructure investment spectrum.

He previously worked with Citigroup, where he spent seven years in the power and utilities investment banking group. He began his career with Lockheed Martin.

Walker & Dunlop Expands LIHTC Equity Team With Jack Hodgkins, Stacie Nekus

Walker & Dunlop, Bethesda, Md., has expanded its Low-Income Housing Tax Credit equity team with the addition of Jack Hodgkins and Stacie Nekus.

Hodgkins joins as senior vice president and head of LIHTC credit. Nekus is senior managing director and head of business development for LIHTC Investor Relations.

Hodgkins has more than 25 years of experience in affordable housing and real estate investment management. Nekus brings more than 30 years of real estate experience to the role.

Peachtree Group Appoints Mike Morey as Executive Vice President, Capitals

Peachtree Group, Atlanta, announced Mike Morey has joined the firm as executive vice president of capital markets.

Morey will focus on expanding lender relationships, optimizing capital sourcing and enhancing execution across its investment platform.

Morey previously worked for more than 15 years with The Standard, where he held senior roles within its real estate lending platform, StanCorp Mortgage Investors, focusing on commercial real estate finance and investment across multiple asset classes and market cycles. Previously he worked for Intervest Mortgage Investment Co.

CBRE Adds Michael Lirtzman, Promotes John Morris and Chris Zubel

CBRE, Dallas, announced that it has named Michael Lirtzman managing director of Office Investor Leasing. He will focus on revenue growth, strengthening collaboration across business lines and regions and working with marketing teams. Lirtzman joins CBRE after serving as head of Office Agency Leasing, U.S., and a principal in the Chicago office for Colliers. He has also held roles at firms including Sterling Bay and Transwestern.

John Morris has been promoted to group president, leasing, for its U.S. and Canada advisory business. Morris has led CBRE’s Americas industrial and logistics business since 2019. Prior to that he was with Cushman & Wakefield.

And, CBRE has promoted Chris Zubel to executive managing director of Industrial and Logistics. Zubel is a 23-year CBRE veteran who previously led investor leasing within CBRE’s Industrial and Logistics division and also oversaw CBRE’s Midwest U.S. operations.

John Parsons

Affinius Capital Taps John Parsons for Data Centers Role

Affinius Capital, San Antonio, announced that John Parsons has joined in a senior leadership role as managing director. He will be responsible for overseeing and executing U.S. data center development initiatives.

He will lead the data center development strategy, driving site selection, project execution and delivery across the firm’s hyperscale and digital infrastructure portfolio.

Parsons previously served as national lead for data centers at an institutional development company. He will be located in Seattle.
