Auction.com Names Ali Haralson Co-CEO, Board Member

Auction.com, Irvine, Calif., has named Ali Haralson as co-CEO and member of the board of directors.

Haralson has been president since 2021 and will join Jason Allnutt in the CEO role. He has served in that role since 2018.

The transition formalizes a leadership partnership that has helped guide Auction.com the past few years, the company stated.

“I’m proud to have Ali formally step into the role of Co-CEO within a leadership structure we developed together and have been operating under for some time,” said Allnutt. “Over the past few years, we’ve had the opportunity to test this model while running Auction.com and see it work. We’re confident it’s the most effective way to position our company for continued growth and success in the years ahead.

Ardán Appoints Neil Gulley as President, COO

Ardán, the holding company of Westcor Land Title Insurance Co., Maitland, Fla., announced that Neil Gulley has been named president and chief operating officer. Terry Wright will be CEO through the end of 2026, and Gulley will also transition to that role in the beginning of 2027.

Gulley was previously with CBIP Services and Keymara Ventures, serving as executive vice president and chief revenue officer. He has also worked for Title Resources Group and Realogy Title Group.

He has significant experience in financial, operations and business development in the title, financial and real estate industries.

Williston Financial Group Taps Ryan Ozonian for MyHome Role

Williston Financial Group, Portland, Ore., has selected Ryan Ozonian to serve as senior director of innovation and AI at MyHome, a Williston Financial Group company.

He will continue to lead the AI, Automations and Technology Solutions Team. He will also work across the WFG family of companies on the continued deployment of AI and automation, and identify and deploy practical, scalable solutions.

Ozonian founded Mention Mobile in 2010 and partnered with Mark Cuban to launch Dust, a secure messaging platform aiming to protect user privacy.

Planet Welcomes Adam Levitt as Correspondent Renovation Account Executive

Planet Home Lending, Meriden, Conn., has tapped Adam Levitt as a correspondent renovation account executive.

He will support the continued growth of Planet’s correspondent renovation lending channel. His appointment follows the retirement of Margie Walsh.

Levitt has decades of mortgage industry experience, including extensive expertise in renovation, construction-to-permanent and correspondent lending. He began his career as an educator and coach before transitioning to mortgage lending.

Friday Harbor Adds Personnel

Friday Harbor, Seattle, has added Kate Schilling as director of sales and Melina Stayton as customer success manager.

Schilling has more than 13 years of mortgage industry experience, and joins Friday Habor from Dark Matter Technologies. She’s also worked for CrossCountry Mortgage and National MI.

Stayton has nearly 15 years of banking and mortgage experience and was previously with Evergreen Home Loans.
