Worsham Joins Marcus & Millichap in Atlanta
Marcus & Millichap hired Keith Worsham in Atlanta as a Senior Managing Director.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Worsham was a senior managing director with Newmark Knight Frank. Before that, he was a senior director at Ten-X, where he assisted in completing more than $2.2 billion in hospitality transactions.
As director of franchise sales for Accor Hotel’s Red Roof Inn and director of development for Cendant Corp., Worsham signed more than 170 franchise agreements and generated over $120 million in combined annual revenue. As a co-founder of Wesley Hotel Group LLC, he participated in the development, ownership and operation of hotels for major institutional and private clients.
Cushman & Wakefield Expands Washington, D.C. Area Project and Development Services Practice
Cushman & Wakefield announced Kevin Haggerty and Mike Samala joined the firm as Vice Presidents while Milad Bahamin and Mike Dawson joined as Senior Project Managers in the firm’s Project and Development Services group.
Samala has almost 20 years of experience in based-building architecture and tenant interiors projects for non-profit organizations and associations. He joined the firm from Gensler, where he was Global Practice Group Leader for its Foundations, Associations & Organizations Practice Group.
Haggerty’s client services experience includes leading teams and executing on the planning, design and construction of healthcare and life sciences-related projects. He joins Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE, where he led the MedStar account for Washington Hospital Center, and also has lead project management teams for Adventis and Kaiser Permanente.
Bahamin joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Tysons, Va. office. He joined the firm from Balfour Beatty Construction.
Dawson joined the PDS team at Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer in Richmond, Va. He is responsible for providing value-added tenant and landlord project services as well as additional capacity for project execution on the firm’s managed and owned portfolio throughout Southern Virginia and South Carolina. He previously worked for Carr Properties, Rand Construction and DFS Construction Corp.
Cushman & Wakefield also announced Michael Zelin joined the firm as Managing Director in Washington, D.C. Zelin joined from Eastdil Secured, where he was Senior Vice President.
Trepp Expands Executive Team; Names Amador COO
Trepp LLC, New York, appointed Luis Amador Chief Operating Officer.
Amador was a member of Wall Street Analytics Team, which built a cross-asset platform for the structured finance markets. More recently, he has been responsible for Structured Finance Financial Engineering, Product Management, Content Production and Advisory Teams with Moody’s Analytics.
