Asurity Technologies, Dallas, and NotaryCam, Houston, have launched through Asurity’s Propel platform a fully digital closing experience, complete with eNote and eVault capabilities.
Lenders will also gain direct access to NotaryCam’s nationwide network of remote online and mobile notaries to deliver electronic and in-person signings.

Matic, nCino Partner
Matic, Columbus, Ohio, announced a strategic partnership with nCino, Wilmington, N.C.,
The partnership will bring Matic’s embedded home insurance marketplace solution into nCino’s point-of-sale product, which will allow borrowers to shop for insurance inside the digital loan experience.
This will help borrowers find coverage faster while giving lenders a more efficient path to closing, the release noted.

FICO, MeridianLink Team
FICO, Bozeman, Mont., and MeridianLink, Costa Mesa, Calif., announced the FICO Mortgage Direct License Program will be integrated into MeridianLink’s platform, allowing resellers to generate and deliver FICO Scores directly within their existing workflow.
It was designed to give participating tri-merge resellers the ability to generate and deliver FICO scores to lenders.
A formal update will be provided once the solution is commercially available, the companies stated.

PHH Mortgage Announces Enhancements to LASI
PHH Mortgage, Mount Laurel, N.J., announced updates to LASI, its LoanSpan AI assistant that was launched a year ago.
Key enhancements include that it now allows the retrieval of call recordings, giving clients quicker access to critical customer interactions, and that it provides the ability to quickly access loan-level information, giving clients faster insight and on-demand visibility.
The initial offerings included the ability to retrieve information from hundreds of documents, intelligence to understand unstructured questions at a detailed level, that it eliminates the need to manually search and review various documents, seamlessly escalating questions to PHH’s Client Relations team and built-in security measures to protect sensitive information

Clear Capital’s AURA Enables ASO in ICE’s Encompass Platform
Clear Capital, Reno, Nev., announced that AURA, its AI-driven collateral analyzer, will enable lenders to utilize the automated servicing feature in Encompass by ICE Mortgage Technology, Atlanta, to automate the collateral analysis of appraisals.
By enabling ASO for AURA, lenders can automate the ordering of collateral analysis, flagging appraisal errors and providing risk assessments directly within their existing workflows.
With a configurable workflow, lenders can set customized roles, enabling ASO to initiate an AURA order to generate a risk analysis, and auto-approve low-risk appraisals or provide the AURA analysis of high-risk appraisals to underwriters.
AURA can be ordered on any Uniform Residential Appraisal report received through Encompass. And, ASO will automate orders for UAD 2.6 and 3.6 appraisals for Encompass users.
