SitusAMC Appoints Joe McBride Senior Director of CRE Revenue

SitusAMC, New York, has appointed Joe McBride as senior director, revenue, in the firm’s CRE division.

McBride joins from Moody’s Analytics, where he was senior director and head of information solutions. He led product development and go-to-market strategy for CRE data products, including Moody’s first CRE GenAI product.

He also spent over a decade at Trepp, where he held various roles, including as head of CRE Finance.

JLL Value & Risk Advisory Adds Jane Diven

JLL Value & Risk Advisory, Chicago, has added Jane Diven as an Executive Director based in Washington, D.C.

Diven will focus on institutional office, retail and mixed-use property valuations.

She has more than 25 years of commercial property appraisal experience and was most recently with Newmark as an executive vice president. She has also worked with CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield.
