AnnieMac Home Mortgage Welcomes Jeff Hutchinson

AnnieMac Home Mortgage, Mount Laurel, N.J., has welcomed Jeff Hutchinson as Senior Vice President of Retail Production.

AnnieMac has also announced the official co-founding of its Momentum Group division by Hutchinson, Ian Aubourg and Rick Dionne. The unit is AnnieMac’s national retail growth engine, which was originally quietly launched in 2024.

Hutchinson has more than two decades of experience in the industry. He founded Hutchinson Mortgage Recruiting, which will continue to operate independently.

Embrace Home Loans Promotes Brian Woltman to Senior Vice President

Embrace Home Loans, Middletown, R.I., promoted Brian Woltman to serve as Senior Vice President.

He manages Embrace’s Basking Ridge, N.J., office, and serves as the company’s top producing originator.

Woltman has been with Embrace since 2016.

He is also being inducted into the company’s Hall of Fame–an honor reserved for Embrace’s most accomplished employees.

Chris Carr Joins Planet Home Lending

Planet Home Lending, Meriden, Conn., announced that Chris Carr has joined as Area Sales Manager in the Minneapolis Metro Area.

Carr is licensed in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin–where he is tasked with leading regional growth–and Illinois, Iowa, Tennessee and Florida.

Carr most recently worked at Union Home Mortgage Corp. He has also held roles at Guaranteed Rate, Mortgage Master (a division of loanDepot) and Wells Fargo.

Brad Rasof Returns to Rate

Rate, Chicago, announced Brad Rasof has rejoined its ranks as a Senior Vice President of Mortgage Lending.

Rasof is a leader in the Chicagoland market, and will continue to be based there.

He was with Rate for 13 years before a stint at CrossCountry Mortgage.
