Peachtree Group Promotes Jared Schlosser to Head of Originations, CPACE

Peachtree Group, Atlanta, announced Jared Schlosser has been promoted to Head of Originations for all commercial real estate and hotel lending.

Schlosser will also continue his role as head of the firm’s Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy lending program.

Schlosser will work alongside David Siegel, President and Principal CRE at Peachtree.

JLL Announces Promotions, Personnel Addition

JLL, Chicago, announced the promotions of Paul Adams and Maddy McMillen to Directors on its Miami Debt and Equity Placement Team, effective June 23.

Adams was previously an Associate with JLL’s Miami Debt and Equity Placement team, beginning in January 2022. He’s also worked with Avison Young’s Washington, D.C., Structured Finance Group.

McMillen has been with JLL Capital Markets in Miami since October 2020, beginning as a Debt and Equity Analyst and then becoming an Associate in June 2024.

Additionally, JLL has welcomed Mario Ochoa as Executive Managing Director of its Advanced Manufacturing Group, a specialized branch within its Industrials division.

He previously held senior real estate and workplace leadership roles at Flex International and Marvell Semiconductor, and has worked across a diverse range of market segments on a global scale.

Avison Young Adds Cole Spain

Avison Young, Chicago, announced it has hired Cole Spain as Vice President in its Hospitality Group, focusing on debt and equity financing.

The Hospitality Group specializes in select service and full-service hotels within the U.S. and works with banks, debt funds, CMBS lenders, life cos, REITs, public companies, investment funds, and private investors.

Spain was previously Director of Business Development at Twenty Degrees North. He was also Vice President of the Hospitality Group at Bull Realty.
