FirstClose Taps John Aslanian as Chief Revenue Officer
FirstClose, Austin, announced John Aslanian has joined the company as Chief Revenue Officer, and will lead FirstClose’s go-to-market activity, business development, sales and account management, among other responsibilities.
Aslanian has more than 25 years of experience leading sales teams in mortgage technology and software-as-a-service space.
He was previously Senior Vice President of Sales for nCino, and has worked for SimpleNexus (prior to its acquisition by nCino), as well as ICE Mortgage Technology and Del Mar DataTrac.

Pennymac Hires Isaac Boltansky as Managing Director, Head of Public Policy
PennyMac Financial Services, Westlake Village, Calif., announced the appointment of Isaac Boltansky as Managing Director, Head of Public Policy.
Boltansky was previously with BTIG, where he served as Director of Policy Research.
He will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive public policy strategy to strengthen the company’s relationships with key government and industry stakeholders.

Asurity Announces Christine Kirby in New Position
Asurity Technologies, Washington, announced Christine Kirby as Director, Chief Implementation Officer for Propel and RegCheck.
In the newly created position, she will be responsible for the supervision of all processes related to the onboarding and implementation of new clients and partners, among other responsibilities.
Kirby has more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage lending software industry.
Floify Chooses Sol Klein as Head of Client Experience, Business Operations

Floify, Boulder, Colo., announced the appointment of Sol Klein as Head of Client Experience and Business Operations.
Klein has more than a decade of experience in customer success and professional services leadership roles at mortgage technology firms. He was most recently Head of Customer Success at Polly, and previously held roles at SimpleNexus, an nCino company, and Ellie Mae (now ICE Mortgage Technology).
He will oversee the client lifecycle at Floify, from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
Westcor Promotes Bettina Arthur

Westcor Land Title Insurance Co., Maitland, Fla., announced the promotion of Bettina Arthur as Vice President of Sales Enablement.
Arthur will support regional revenue growth and help drive sales outcomes.
She has more than three decades of experience in the real estate industry, including expertise in escrow, closing, mortgage lending, sales, home building, human resources, management and organizational development.
Arthur has been with Westcor since 2011 and previously served as Director of Training.
Frank Virga Joins AnnieMac in New York

AnnieMac, Mount Laurel, N.J., has welcomed Frank Virga as the Area Manager of Long Island, N.Y.
Virga has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry and has built a legacy in the region, AnnieMac said.
He will focus on expanding AnnieMac’s footprint on Long Island.
