M&T Bank Selects New Chief Risk Officer
M&T Bank Corp., Buffalo, N.Y., announced Neeraj Singh as the company’s new Chief Risk Officer.
Singh’s appointment was effective Jan. 31, and he succeeds long-time CRO Mike Todaro, who is retiring.
Singh was most recently Chief Risk Officer and a member of the executive council at USAA. He has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, and has also held positions at Citigroup, TD Bank and Barclays.
SingleSource Property Solutions Adds Daniel Figurski
SingleSource Property Solutions, Canonsburg, Pa., has welcomed Daniel Figurski as Chief Appraiser.
Figurski began his valuation career in 2012 as a commercial real estate appraiser. He has since held positions with various lenders and appraisal management companies.
His roles have included Director of Quality Control at Nationwide Appraisal Network and Chief Appraiser at American Advisors Group.
Ken Quantie Joins Planet’s KeyLink; Planet Home Lending Welcomes Jason Mac Gloan
Planet, Meriden, Conn., has hired Ken Quantie to lead KeyLink, its title company. He will serve as Senior Vice President and expand KeyLink’s residential and commercial title offerings.
Quantie was previously President of UTB Title.
He has also held senior positions at Carrington Title Services, SolutionStar Settlement Services, Chronos Title Solutions, Brightline Title, Closings & Escrow and Selene Title.
Additionally, Planet Home Lending announced it has chosen Jason Mac Gloan, CMB, as Senior Vice President of Correspondent Sales.
Mac Gloan has more than 25 years of experience in the industry, including leadership roles at Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Freedom Mortgage.
He will replace Jim Loving, who recently retired.
REdistribute Welcomes Patrick Jacolenne to Board of Directors
REdistribute, Rockville, Md., announced that Patrick Jacolenne has joined its board of directors.
Jacolenne is CEO of DataLogiq 360 and Founder of CoComply.AI.
He brings decades of experience in real estate and mortgage technology to the group.
