As governments implement regulations to combat climate change, lenders must be aware of the risks associated with building performance standards and energy disclosures. Join MBA Education and industry experts for an in-depth discussion on key regulations, such as New York’s Local Law 97 and Denver’s Building Performance Policy, including the potential penalties for non-compliance and non-performance.
