Gantry Acquires Q10 | Triad Capital Advisors Inc.
Gantry, San Francisco, announced it has acquired Q10 | Triad Capital Advisors Inc., a member of Q10 Capital.
The strategic combination enhances Gantry’s capabilities, adding core correspondent-driven production and growing its presence in the Midwest.
Gantry’s servicing portfolio has now grown to $20 billion.
Mark Reichter and Joe Monteleone, Principals of Triad Capital Advisors, will hold an equity stake in the expanded Gantry. Triad Capital Advisors will now operate under the Gantry name, and the transaction ensures continuity for its employees.
FHFA Releases Data Visualization Dashboard for Multifamily Mortgage Acquisitions
The Federal Housing Finance Agency released an interactive tool for tracking data on multifamily mortgages.
It will allow users to review details about loans and properties at the state and national levels. The tool is derived from the Public Use Database (PUDB) of mortgage acquisitions by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
The Enterprise Multifamily PUDB Dashboard includes data snapshots of statistics, time series charts, and state maps of multifamily housing characteristics such as median loan amount, number of properties, average number of units per property, and unit affordability.
It shows characteristics about multifamily loans, properties, and units at the national level, and characteristics about multifamily loans and properties at the state level.
Peachtree Group Launches Fifth DST
Peachtree Group, Atlanta, launched its fifth hotel property structured as a Delaware Statutory Trust, following the completed acquisition of the 128-key Residence Inn Tampa Wesley Chapel in the Tampa, Fla., area.
Peachtree’s DST acquisitions present an opportunity for 1031 exchange investors seeking to reinvest proceeds from the sale of appreciated real estate, Peachtree noted.
The other DST acquisitions include the 130-key Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Sugarloaf, 100-key Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Kennesaw, 126-key Home2 Suites by Hilton Chandler in the Phoenix area and 98-key Hilton Garden Inn in Jackson, Tenn.
