KBRA Appoints Andrew Foster as Director, Business Development, CMBS

KBRA, New York, appointed Andrew Foster, CRE, to serve as Director of Business Development for its CMBS business.

Foster covers all commercial aspects of commercial mortgage-backed securities at KBRA. Prior to joining KBRA in 2022, Foster was an Associate Vice President at the Mortgage Bankers Association, where he covered member engagement for commercial and multifamily member firms.

He has more than 17 years of experience in CMBS, including leadership roles in servicer evaluations, surveillance and loan workouts at Fitch Ratings, S&P Global and Greystone.

Affinius Capital Welcomes Linda Bursic

Affinius Capital, San Antonio, Texas, has welcomed Linda Bursic as Managing Director in the firm’s Global Investors Group.

She will be responsible for capital-raising activities throughout North America.

Bursic brings nearly two decades of real estate investment, capital markets advisory and portfolio management experience to Affinius, most recently as Managing Director of Real Estate Capital Advisory at Evercore.

Walker & Dunlop Adds Jeff Stingley to Investment Sales Team

Walker & Dunlop, Bethesda, Md., announced that Jeff Stingley has joined its Investment Sales team in the Midwest as a Managing Director, specializing in the valuation and disposition of multifamily properties across the region for institutional and private clients.

He has more than two decades of experience, and was most recently an Executive Vice President at CBRE.

Walker & Dunlop noted it is continuing to expand in the Midwest, having welcomed a number of key personnel in the past six months.
