M&T Bank Taps Lopa Kolluri as Head of Affordable Housing Lending

M&T Bank Corp., Louisville, Ky., announced it appointed Lopa Kolluri as the Head of Affordable Housing Lending–she will be responsible for the development, oversight and day-to-day management of the Affordable Housing vertical within M&T’s Commercial Bank.

Kolluri was previously Senior Vice President within M&T’s Commercial Real Estate Innovation Office, where she led strategy for the bank’s CRE transformation initiatives.

She has also previously worked in multiple roles with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Mount Street Appoints Deborah Schiavo as Managing Director of U.S. Client Relationship Management

Deborah Schiavo has joined Mount Street Group, Overland Park, Kan., to serve as the Managing Director of U.S. Client Relationship Management. She will lead and manage U.S. client relations with a focus on retention and organic growth.

She most recently served as Managing Director of Loan Operations at Affinius Capital.

Schiavo has also worked with Morgan Stanley, Cohen Financial and in various other CRE finance positions with a number of firms.

JLL Welcomes Krista Trofka

JLL, Chicago, announced that Krista Trofka has returned to the firm to serve as a Vice President in its Higher Education Advisory Business.

Trofka will lead strategy and client development efforts for higher education nationally. She has more than 15 years of experience working across planning and development.

Trofka was most recently at DLR Group, but had worked for JLL within the Project and Development Services business previously, with a focus on real estate strategy solutions for government and education clients in Colorado.
