Commercial Real Estate Basics for the Summer Intern Starts June 3

MBA Education is offering a special promotion on a course called Commercial Real Estate Basics for the Summer Intern.

Students will hear from industry experts about the four main property types (office, retail, industrial and multifamily), how to calculate income and expense, determine the appropriate loan amount and type and key formulas used in the day-to-day work. In this live setting, students will be able to ask questions and virtually meet students working across the industry. The session concludes with an interactive case study super session that brings together all the content.

The class is four two-hour live, virtual sessions from June 3-12. The cost is $250 for MBA members, but with a promo code the price drops to $50 for interns.
