Greystone Announces New Leaders of Lending Business Platform

Greystone, New York, announced Debby Jenkins and Mordecai Rosenberg were appointed Co-Presidents of the firm’s comprehensive lending business platform.

Jenkins and Rosenberg will seek to elevate, expand and innovate across a variety of lending disciplines, including the firm’s Agency debt, HUD-insured lending, CMBS, equity, structured finance, proprietary products, debt placement and advisory services and loan servicing platforms.

They will report to Steve Rosenberg, founder and CEO of Greystone.

BBG Appoints Barrett Scruggs as Chief Revenue Officer

BBG, Dallas, announced Barrett Scruggs as Chief Revenue Officer, in a new position for the firm.

Scruggs will lead and manage BBG’s revenue generation efforts and enhance overall efficiency.

Before joining BBG, he was Vice President at SoFi Technologies.
