Dealmaker: M&T Realty Capital Corp. Provides $11M Loan for Bronx Property

M&T Realty Capital Corp., Baltimore, provided a $10.5 million permanent loan to refinance a newly stabilized multifamily rental property in Bronx, N.Y.

The loan, funded by a life company lending relationship, was led by John Taylor and Donna Falzarano of M&T Realty Capital Corp.’s Florham Park, N.J., office.

The property–2321 Belmont Ave.–is a 42-unit complex in the Arthur Avenue neighborhood of the borough, near “Little Italy.”

It features one-, two- and three-bedroom units and a number of amenities.
