PHILADELPHIA--The Mortgage Bankers Association honored Susan Stewart, Chief Executive Officer of SWBC Mortgage Corporation, with its Lowrie-Woodward Distinguished Service Award. The award recognizes the dedication and prominent service to MBA and the mortgage lending industry in a variety of capacities involving both legislative and regulatory activities. Stewart was presented with the award in a ceremony held here during MBA’s 2023 Annual Convention & Expo.

PHILADELPHIA--The Mortgage Bankers Association announced at its 2023 Annual Convention & Expo that total mortgage origination volume is expected to increase to $1.95 trillion in 2024 from the $1.64 trillion expected in 2023.

The Residential CMB Online Prep Course is a seven-week instructor-guided web-based course designed to prepare Residential CMB candidates for the written exam.
