MBA: Mortgage Rates To Fall As Spread Shrinks

Economists tell real estate editors to expect some improvement in the housing market in 2024. The Mortgage Bankers Association expects loan rates to average 5.6% by year-end 2023. The National Association of Realtors expects expects rates to average 5.6% next year.
