Dealmaker: Tempus Realty Partners Acquires Lane Bryant Campus for $42M

Tempus Realty Partners, Little Rock, Ark., acquired Lane Bryant’s 236,070-square-foot campus in New Albany, Ohio for $42 million.

This purchase marks Tempus’ sixth in the Columbus-area market, said CEO Dan Andrews.

The fully leased, Class A two-building headquarters at 8323 Walton Parkway includes an on-site café, fitness center, multi-tiered water feature and a walking trail through surrounding green space. Lane Bryant will remain a tenant for at least the next 20 years. The property benefits from its access to entertainment including dining, hotels and event destinations. Ohio State Route 161 is less than one mile away.

Established in 1904, Lane Bryant specializes in plus-size women’s apparel with nearly 450 stores nationwide.
