Property Values Fall Across US, Europe on Bite From Inflation

Prices have fallen by about 5% to 10% compared to a year earlier in some areas, according to David L. Steinbach of Hines, with Europe following a trajectory set in the US. “I think we’re in for a rough few months,” he said. “This year is going to be choppy water.”
