An affiliate of Bayview Asset Management offered a $423.6 million non-agency MBS Tuesday with loans that were bought out from Ginnie Mae MBS. Non-agency MBS issuance of this type first emerged in October and activity is ramping up, with Bayview set to be the first to complete more than one transaction.
